July 27, 2020As stated above, if things can improved within the community and perhaps the rental price can be adjusted or allow for the community to be better and match the rental cost, I may recommend this property to friends. I have had co-workers and friends to come out to the community, but some things they saw (garbage in streets and front yards not looking good) caused them to change their minds about renting here.
