    I would recommend because the rental units are very nice, I would not because there are no utilities included and the landscaping of the area is very poor for the price you must pay for the rent.

    As stated above, if things can improved within the community and perhaps the rental price can be adjusted or allow for the community to be better and match the rental cost, I may recommend this property to friends. I have had co-workers and friends to come out to the community, but some things they saw (garbage in streets and front yards not looking good) caused them to change their minds about renting here. As well as, the rental price.

    If they secure a location not near the drainage and garbage issues, yes I would recommend. It is a great quiet location and the apartment features are nice.
