Wonderful Place to Live
August 31, 2022I have lived at Mansions at Ivy Lake for several months. From the time I toured the property to today, the folks here have gone out of their way to help with everything. The apartment was clean and freshly painted, the carpets had been cleaned as well. The grounds are always kept up. I had an issue with broken bulbs that were left that way by the previous tenant. The maintenance folks were quick to resolve this issue, they even changed a few bulbs I hadn't asked about. It is a joy to call ...this place home. STRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 24, 2021I only gave this place a 1 star because 0 stars was not available. You can do as I did and say ohhh the people saying negative things are just being negative then I went and lived through the cat urine trapped in the carpet that they did not clean out. Now I have a charge on my credit report that I can't get off for 7 years! Don't listen and you will be in my shoes! Don't move there!!!!Review from Apartments.com
Terrible Management
July 1, 2021This complex may look good on the outside, but the management is terrible, & you will have to live with it! The models may look good, but the apts. they rent out are not move in ready, nor do they want to be bothered with fixing things, even like keys not working. Be warned.Review from Apartments.com

March 30, 2021Absolutely terrible all these people do is go around putting notes on peoples doors saying don’t put trash on the ground which that’s not true there are not very clean they painted the units in the front Just to get people in here. The rest of the units or outdated and needs a good wash and paint job All they care about is your cash and nothing else won’t buy a bigger trash compactor so people can put their garbage into instead of on the ground Some employees are lazy as hell and won’t fix the ...gates or other things around the complex turn around hours or completely terrible I would suggest avoid this complex at all cost.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 20, 2019lived at Mansions At Ivy Lake for year and half and I just have one word to you if you want to live in this place, you are making the biggest mistake in your life, not kidding. Now here are some reasons that I experienced with them. 1- if you sign contract for 1 year or 6 month, you can't break the contract, if you need to break the contract you have to pay for 5 month (2 month as a notice and 3 month as a penalty) 2- the road inside community was damaged and after 3 month they fixed it. there ...is mandatory 75 dollar charge for cleaning carpet when you move out. 3- they charged me 210 dollar for clean the carpet and the other things that I don't know what is that and they returned the rest of my deposit after 2 month. 4-you have to get insurance for apartment by yourself. 5- when I moved to one bedroom apartment the washing Machin did not work and it took 10 days to changed it. 6- if you want to pay online for your rent there is 35$ extra charge on the website. 7- literly they love to charge you for every thing.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrible
August 7, 2018We got an apartment with unlivable carpet. The smell came a couple weeks after moving in...once the cleaning wore off. The office lady Samantha told us the previous renter left the carpet disgusting and said that all they did was change the pad underneath. A carpet guy told Samantha in front of us it needed replacing not anymore cleanings. They were so slow to replace, weeks to give us updates..we moved out because we got tired of waiting... After they had the nerve to charge us a carpet cleaning ...fee but won’t return our emails or calls. I wish I could give zero stars. Samantha is very unprofessional.
