still allowed them to enter and do what they needed to do. They put a hole in my wall. I immediately took a picture and messaged Darrien. All he said was ok. Later this hole in the wall would be used as a reason to not return my $350 deposit. a week past and one day I came home to my dog out of his cage and the cage flung across the floor. He was crying, trembling, and throwing up. My living room was destroyed with wires and marks on the walls. Darrien had given some wifi company the keys to my apartment and allowed them to enter without notifying me. He was also not present on the grounds. These people abused my dog. When I confronted Darrien about it, he said they had every right to enter the apartment. they don't unless its an emergency repair. Darrien told me he could enter my apartment without permission anytime he wanted. Your privacy will not be respected here. After I had my dog checked out I got home and realized my personal wifi wasn't working. I called TWC. When the technician got there he told me that the people Darrien and Maple Court hired had cut the lines to my wifi to force me to use theirs. They were also installing TWC illegally and never should have entered my apartment because I already had an account. When I finally got a new place and did the walk through, I was told I would receive my full deposit and the rent owed back to me. (I paid for the full month of August but left with one week left and did not break lease). I waited the two weeks and I had to contact him. He informed me via text that I would not be receiving anything back. Even the overpaid rent. They stated they had to paint the whole apartment. I have since returned to the apartment because I know people that live there. It was not painted and no repairs were made. These people are liars and cheaters and should not be allowed to own anything. Don't be fooled by the cheap price or the young guy in a button up. This place is a scam and you WILL pay the truce price of living here.
