Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, bike paths, walking trails, turtle creek, schools, I90 and I43. Short drive to Janesville and Rockford less than an hour from Madison or Milwaukee. We have a beautiful dog park on site. All of our units are smoke free. Lawn work and most snow removal included. All of our units come with soft water that we maintain. We do allow small pets for an extra fee.

Great place to live

Trashy
April 11, 2017Management is awful. Manager is combative about everything. Bugs (beetles, crickets, etc.) in the apartments year round. Rent is cheap for a reason. You're better off renting a house or paying more per month for better quality. The actual apartments are cheaply made. You can see the nail holes in the trim and other shoddy work all around. Do not waste your money. So trashy.Review from Apartments.com
