Management terrible
November 30, 2021My brother has lived here for five years and he recently passed away from covid not only did they keep the security deposit but they also charged him an early move out fee saying it was a inconvenience to the apartments cause even though he died he vacated the property this is the most unprofessional apartment complex run away cause their terrible and the apartments small anyway the hallways are not clean regularly and most importantly the Managment sucksReview from Apartments.com

July 20, 2018I have been residing in the Maple Highland Apartments for a year now. I am very maticulous and.this complex has not dissapointed. The apartments are very clean and kept. I also like the patrol presence as it gives a sense of security. Management is also very punctual and communicative, if a problem should arise. July 20, 2018ive lived here for 14 years in sept and since you bought the appertments and hired lajon to run it the place is unreal very clean i see lj every day going around all the buildings and picking up the trash and if i need something fixed hes right on it and the apperance is unreal plants flowers lawn cut every monday huge dumpsters for the trash so to me there is no one who can replace LJ. running this place so to have 104 appartments and one man does everything i hope your smart and keep him here ...cause if he goes i go.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
