The Maple Leaf
October 12, 2015This apartment is great if you want to be in driving distance or maybe even walking distance of some pretty great places. Depending on your passions there are great places in this area for all preferred activities. There are also stores and gas stations near. So location is good. This apartment area is also extremely family friendly. Between quiet streets and great neighbors this is a great place to have a family. The apartment itself is in pretty good condition as well as the other areas offered ...as in mail and swimming pool. August 31, 2015Maple Leaf Apartments is by far the best apartment living experience I've ever had. The complex maintains a very homely aesthetic and is well maintained. There are 2 swimming pools and a tennis court on the complex. Unlike most complexes there is adequate parking in addition to your assigned spot when you have visitors or if you arrive home in the later hours. The complex is located minutes from multiple grocery stores, take-out/dine-in eateries, Target, and is walking distance from Mountain View ...Elementary (CUSD) and a park if you have young children. The entire complex is SINGLE LEVEL units which is such a distinguishing luxury (not having to hear or fear making ceiling ruckus, easier move in/out, etc) compared to from multi-level complex living. Speaking of noise for those renters who enjoy their peace this complex is prided on it's peace and quiet which makes for a pleasant living experience. Good value, great place
March 14, 2013Maple Leaf has good office staff and very, very good maintenance. That was important to me, after leaving my last place because the landlord wouldn't fix things properly. It's in a good neighborhood. The master bedroom is quite large, with room for my bedroom furniture and exercise equipment. There's an alarm system, and a separate sink outside the bathroom near my bedroom. Most of the apartment has wood flooring, which has helped with my allergies. Overall, I've been extremely happy here.Review from Apartments.com
