So many issues…
July 14, 2023This place has ongoing issues that make it hard to live there. They pretend like they will address these issues but they never actually do anything about it. Almost everyone in this building smokes weed, so you will smell weed throughout the hallways and it also leaks into into your apartment through the bathroom vents. Your bathrooms will always smell like marijuana. Not very pleasant. They also try to convince dog owners to live there because they have a small dog park. But they fail to tell ...you that no dog owners ever pick up their dog’s poop in there, so it stinks in there and you always step on random dog poop. Very unsanitary. Dog owners also leave their dog’s poop all over the property at random places. Be careful where you step. Maintenance doesn’t pick up the poop in the dog park or around the property because they don’t think it’s their job to pick up after dog owners. So it just goes unaddressed and piles up everywhere. This is unsanitary for residents and kids, as well as for other dogs. Also, this place is next to a very loud highway. If you live on the side with the highway, you’ll never want to open your window due to the loud sounds. And if you live on the County Rd D side, people like to race really loud in that road, especially in the warmer months. So you don’t necessarily get in the clear from the noise. And lastly, the homeless issue. Homeless people will wait at the doors and follow people in at night and sleep in the front and back lobby. And homeless people like to just hang out around the area and around the building. Felt a bit unsafe. This is the stuff they won’t tell you before you sign the lease. April 30, 2018I made an appointment about 5 days prior to the tour date to view a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Upon entering, the lady in the office was seated and she said hello as if we were a hinderance. I told her that I was here to tour the apartment and that I had an appointment set up for 5:30. She laughed (I’m not kidding you) and told me she couldn’t do that. I stated again that I had an appointment set up, stating my name again, just in case she was confused and thought I was a walk-in. She then said ...that she couldn’t show me an apartment because residents are supposed to be given a 24-hour notice before they can give tours of the apartments. I said that my appointment had been set up 5-days prior, so they should’ve been notified. She looked very irritated with me, and then asked me to sit down. She then began to argue with me as if I was in the wrong. I told her that I had given both my name and number and that I could’ve been called to cancel the appointment. She began to get very nervous and apologized and said that she could give me a tour of the grounds. I told her that I had no interest in living under such an unprofessional management team and that I was thoroughly unimpressed with Maple Ridge. If you are looking for apartments, I would suggest giving this place a hard pass. I have lived under unprofessional and rude apartment management in the past and will not do it again. If this is how management treats people they are trying to convince to give them money before locking them in a lease, I cannot imagine how poorly they treat their residents.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 14, 2018After having lived in too many different apartment complexes to count, I am so happy to have found Mapleridge. The community is quiet and kind and the staff is amazing. The units are updated and clean. The location is a bit challenging since it is next to 694, but generally a wonderful place to be.Review from Apartments.com

October 8, 2015I like my apartment very much, I have live there for almost three years very quite building , very good staff. Lots of activity for residents. Community make up of residents are very diverse. Great community room for entertaining family and friends. The one thing that I don't like is that my unit is close to the interstate so I hear traffic 24/7 when I am at home.Review from Apartments.com
