This rental will nickel and dime you for alleged damages. We documented everything thoroughly — filled out the move-in sheet, took photos and videos, and kept records of the filthy condition the apartment was in when we arrived. Despite spending hours cleaning and returning it in better condition than we found it, they still withheld 1/3 of our deposit without valid justification. If you decide to rent here, protect yourself: document every detail from the start. Even with proof, they will still ...

I loved my townhouse but the management is TERRIBLE! I know you may be thinking “oh I’ll never have to deal with them”, but trust me you will!! With all the cheap things and shortcuts they take in maintaining the places you are bound to have to deal with management. My heat broke in the winter and I put in a maintenance request to fix it when I got a crazy high electric bill. They did not come to “fix” it for weeks and when they did it was still broken so when I got the next bill it was even ...

higher. I contacted management right away and they expected me to pay over $1000 to pay for the bill when it was their part that was broken and they KNEW was broken for months. I went back and forth with them for the entire winter and I eventually told them that I am going to write a terrible review and their response was go ahead (because they know that student still need housing)… PLEASE DON’T LIVE HERE! They do not care about you whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!! Honestly save yourself the stress and live somewhere else.

If getting away from the party scene of Blacksburg, VA is what you're looking for, look no further! Quiet and spacious townhouses with updated kitchens and large rooms. I lived here for 1 year and loved every minute. It's the time check for the north main bus which is very convenient.
