Update 7/24/23:
Maple At medcenter continues to decline. The pool is always dirty. Very poor landscaping around the pool area. Those pool chairs and cushions are from the day the community first opened as “Alta Maple Station”. They are disgusting. The new team ordered new ones (the navy blue) but did not order a complete set…? It just looks horrible.
The elevator is always out of service in building 1 and creates problems for package deliveries. I don’t understand why in 2023 they haven’t ...
installed some sort of package locker system to make things easier for delivery drivers and residents. The leasing office also refuses to hold packages.
Let’s talk about how they always leave the trash bins blocking the parking garage entrance and causes issues for drivers. They leave them out over the weekend and trash blows all over the community. They also need to stop leaving the trash bins at the first corner when going up the garage as they always cause issues when 2 vehicles are trying to come through.
Maintenance requests have become incredibly slow to complete (2wks+). There is so much potential for this community and things were excellent when we were Alta Maple Station. It seems like the new owners don’t really care about maintaining the property and keeping their residents. I’ll continue to update every few months/weeks. The only positive that has come with the new owners is they added onsite security
