Very nice place to live!
March 4, 2026I’ve had a really good experience living at this apartment complex for the last two years. I liked having my in unit washer and dryer which was super convenient. Management is very prompt and professional, they communicated with me about any changes or scheduled maintenance. It’s clean and the location is perfect for me to walk everywhere. I would recommend to anyone who wants to be in downtown Heartland close to everything but still in a quiet area. What a joke.
April 2, 2021This place is remodeled poorly and the landlord is awful. The neighbors complain constantly if you even walk around your apartment even during the day. The landlord only listens to one side of the story.Review from Apartments.com
