Excellent for students, great manager!
December 21, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI enjoyed living here so much. It's within walking distance of Trinity Market, the UW, and all shopping areas and restaurants nearby. The manager, Tom, lives on-site and is very capable and extremely responsive to any requests. It's expensive, but unless you want to live in shared housing, you won't find anything better that's actually worth living in. For Seattle, it's a great price and a fantastic location!

Lived here for 2 years and I have had a good experience overall. Property is not new, but the owners do some renovations on the property. Owners are open to. We have Amazon able to drop onsite in mailroom.
