I have been living here for 7 months now and I love it. The property is clean and management is very responsive to any concerns or issues that arise. The neighbors are super nice and friendly. Even though Maplewood is located on Scheuring road near hwy 41 there really isn't any traffic noise. Walmart is within walking distance along with Culvers and Dairy Queen. The best part is I can have a dog when I am ready.

I was happy to find a pet friendly complex with easy access to the highway to get to work in Appleton. My cats and I have enjoyed living here for the last 3 years with no plans to leave any time soon! :)

Maplewood Park Apartments is a great place to live. It's clean, quite, landlord on-site and GREAT Location. It's right off of the highway, with everything you need close by, however still in a quite setting. The apartments have so much closet space/storage which is a huge plus. Highly recommend.

The apartments are what you would expect. Basic appliances, full size fridge, and side by side sink in the kitchen. AC unit in the wall. The bathrooms are a decent size for this style and the shower/tub built-in are new and clean. Management is very straightforward and easy to talk with.
