November 18, 2022The staff, both office management and maintenance are friendly and knowledgeable. When presented with an issue or concern it is usually handled quickly and professionally. My only real issue with Maplewood apartments is fellow community members who don't seem to value or respect the grounds and security of their fellow members, e.g. leaving trash in non designated areas, leaving security doors propped open and unattended for extended amounts of time.Review from Apartments.com
