Surroundings are beautiful, but inside our apartment needs a lot of updates. I think the building was built in 1971, explaining the outdated interior. They upgraded the hallway with new carpet and wall paint though. You cannot trust anybody outside.

I have been a resident for over four years. I see improvements. I'm looking forward to seeing serious improvements with our garages. Too many broken locks and walk through break ins. Hopefully, we residents will be able to protect our personal belongings and cars soon.

My experience with moving to maplewood apartments was very unsatisfactory.
I’m not happy with my decision to move here because the things that are unsatisfactory are things that management and maintenance should have been aware of because the apartment has been vacant since January according to management and I moved in June 1st.

The staff, both office management and maintenance are friendly and knowledgeable. When presented with an issue or concern it is usually handled quickly and professionally.
My only real issue with Maplewood apartments is fellow community members who don't seem to value or respect the grounds and security of their fellow members, e.g. leaving trash in non designated areas, leaving security doors propped open and unattended for extended amounts of time.
