STILL Roaches, Shootings, SLUMS
April 4, 2026Shootings and gun shots frequently, roaches from the first month even before I had any furniture in the apartment. It is infested with roaches in 2026. Horrible property management that will not work with you on anything. they will charge late fees and never do maintenance even though you contact them 3+ for them to come. they wont come for weeks. You see trash in everyones patio. a lot of street walkers and trash diggers at any hour of the day. The desk staff never answers phones and has ...attitude. It is cheap here but horrible everything. Unlivable and Roaches
February 24, 2024I lived here in 2019 at first things were fine then the roaches just came from nowhere they were everywhere when you call about them they tell you that you have to be put on a waiting list for pest control because it’s not provided they do random apartments. Then the ceiling was caving in from the upstairs neighbors bathroom leaking, also they would allow their pets to urinate on the balcony which came onto my balcony you could smell the inside of their home through the vents. I ended up breaking ...my lease given the 30-60 day notice and they still put it on my credit which I now have trouble leasing elsewhere but who want to live in conditions like that and with them raising the rent with no notice.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don't move here
December 3, 2022You have to ask several times for them to fix something. My ceiling has two holes and another that is forming and I told the leasing office about it. They said since they are under new management that they want to see what the new management wants to do. The holes leak when it rains and they will not even do a temporary solution to the problem. They barely answer the phone in the leasing office. Do not move here the cost of rent do not equal the quality of the apartments.Review from Apartments.com

April 9, 2021The ladies in the office are sweet and helpful. Maintenace is respectful and available on call. So far my experience has been nothing but a pleasure. The neighbor has plenty of children for my daughter to play with and the pricing is very competitive to the comfort of living. Happy we were able to move in to the complex.Review from Apartments.com

Roaches Everywhere !!!!
July 26, 2020Traumatizing experience! Where do I start? I was so excited to be moving into my first apartment. Well, the roaches greeted me at the door! For two night roaches crawled on me in my sleep. I moved in on a Friday and nothing was done until a week later, which did not help at all. They are still everywhere!! In a time when all the world are taking extra precautions to be sanitary, I am expected to live in these inhabitable conditions. All I ask is to be let out of the lease and they are refusing. ...Please don’t move to Summer Trace!!! Roaches everywhere!!
July 25, 2020My daughter was so excited to me getting her first apartment. Unfortunately she moved in Friday and the roaches came out with a vengeance!! Crawling on her while asleep. Crawling on the ceiling. Crawling everywhere!! They came a week later to put out foggers and they are still crawling.
