Very nicely renovated apartment homes with patios or balconies. I loved the new carpet and vinyl. The appliances were new and better than any I have seen in an apartment. They have a really nice dishwasher which is rare to find. I also loved the walk-in storage closet besides all the other roomy closets. Only downside for me was no central AC, bu there is a place in the wall you can add a unit. I don't use AC much anyway so I can overlook that for the better rents than their other communities ...
have. I was told the rents at Maplewood also include heat and a carport so that's a plus as well.
