HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT TEAM _ STAY AWAY

The worst management team in town! So rude and inconsiderate. This place can't keep a maintenance team and nothing is ever fixed. No air conditioning for YEARS in the movie room. If something breaks in your apartment it will never get fixed!
For a place that isn't that old floors are terrible. Marabella is so unkept and dirty all the time. We used to have resident services from Nicky with free senior meals, bingo, parties. This TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT even ran her off and they are trying to do the ...
excellent job she did before but they are not even close to doing what Nicky did.
Stay away from Marabella. Moving out as soon as lease is up!

The Manager and Assit. Manager have no compassion for their residents and are not very professional. They treat the residents with very little respect and do not care about them, and have no concern if they are elderly or Senior Citizens who live on budget. It does not bother them at all that we are in a nation wide Pandemic and times and budgets are strained, they do not care if their residents can pay rent or not, even though there is a National Moratorium on evictions, they still will evict ...
their residents even if they are struggling on Social Security just to pay rent and medical bills and food. The Management is non caring and rude and does not look their residents with concern for their own well being. Most of the residents that currently live there at Marabella are unhappy, and miserable, and even the Assit. Manager or Marabella has fully acknowledged that she is aware the residents are unhappy and miserable living there at their property.

I am so excited about possibly getting to live there! I have been in my own home for nearly 37 years and it has just gotten to be more than I can handle with housekeeping and yard to take care of! I can hardly wait to get the paperwork and possibly see what these apartments look like in person! The floor plans look like this would be a beautiful place to live! There are grocery stores, restaurants and a drug store very near! It is close to the hospitals and medical facilities! A perfect location ...
