The newly remodeled apartments look amazing. It's such an improvement from before. It's in a great central location with quick easy access to I 40 and 287.

They advertise a pool but the office manager states he is not filling the pool, due to things that happen last year, which has nothing to do with tenants and their children now.. The air conditioning us always broken, mine is currently out now and it's been triple digits, and the maintence man will not answer the phone during business hours or after business hours. The apartments are full of bed bugs, roaches, and poisonous spiders.. Then he allows people with big dogs, some just take their dogs ...
in the hallways to urinate and poop, and it's been reported to the office but he does not care. The drug attics are ridiculous, you find dirty needs and crap taking your trash. They deal drugs out of the buildings, they don't't fix things.

Apartments are very nice! Recommend them to all of my friends and family! Manager in the office is amazing and love the layout of the apartment with washer and dryer in unit! Love them!
