If the tour was an indication of anything, absolutely do not rent these apartments
November 18, 2022The apartment building smelled like mildew and cat urine. The apartment itself was unwelcoming, floor was sinking, mold under the kitchen sink covered with clear packing tape. Bathroom was tiny, the toilet was under the sink. Mold was on the grout in the shower. The "tile" back splash in the kitchen was cheap plastic. Outside of that, the agent, Tara, seemed like she wanted to be literally anywhere else and could care less about the showing. It was a terrible experience.Review from Apartments.com
