Fake advertisement
February 22, 2022What clubhouse? Oh they must mean the storage unit. Microwave? Not here. Hard wood floors?! Ha! Laminent. Apartments are nice and spacious I will say that. Management is not up to par and neither are the amenities promisedReview from Apartments.com
False advertising
January 5, 2020Been here almost a year with promises of security, a gate, a clubhouse etc. none of the above exist. They store trash in the gutted empty club house. The pool is closed because they fail to care for it. Parking is horrible, crime is high, and you get to see the crimes daily. They don’t screen the tenants well. Multiple people not on the lease living in apartments taking up parking. One apartment has at least 6 adults living in it at any given time. The maintenance guy is super weird and scary, ...multiple female residents have complained about him. If you are considering it, don’t. Unless you want to live in a lie. The apartments are pretty on the surface, but there’s mold, leaks, poor construction and no insight management. Huge holes animals have dug near electric and water lines under the slabs. Overflowing trash they are too cheap to get bigger dumpsters. Oh, did I mention the added ambiance of listening to a huge on sight paramedic unit starting and back up beacons all hours day and night? Yep, and when a life threatening hurricane is coming don’t think you will get to board up the old leaky rattling windows. The complex boarded empty units, but told us to move our stuff to the middle of the apartment. No water pressure, dishwasher barely washes dishes, electrical shorts, outlets don’t work, lighting is very poor, AC frequently breaks, everything is cheap and poorly done. Snakes, poisonous toads by the hundreds, ants that even get in your cars. Poor management
August 22, 2019Clubhouse unfinished, and repairs take too long. My ceiling was leaking and it took three weeks of constant checking in to fix it. There isn't enough parking so people are forced to park on the grass, but now management is threatening to tow cars on the grass so I'm not sure what we are supposed to do.Review from Apartments.com
Clubhouse Not Done
August 16, 2019For the amount of rent they charge, they have no clubhouse for the use of the tenants and there is no security so there is no enforcement of their rules. The apartments are beautiful and spacious but the amenities are not there for the price they are charging.Review from Apartments.com
