Great Location, Great Community
November 10, 2021I was excited to move to Tiburon and living in this community has made it all the more wonderful. I wake up to the most beautiful views, my unit gets wonderful natural light, and the unit is well put together and comfortable. The walks in Tiburon are amazing and I absolutely love the convenience of having the ferry nearby for day trips to other Bay Area cities. A perfect place to call home
November 6, 2021First, the location is simply amazing: in beautiful Tiburon, with an incredible view of the bay, perfect sunsets every evening, quiet and convenient, with a well-maintained pool and tennis courts... Second, the apartments are superb, modern, spacious, with a smart layout, great appliances, and large bay windows to a balcony for lots of light. And last but not least, the management and maintenance team is helpful, responsive, and caring. The entire residence is one of the most well-kept around ...here and they do everything to help in case of difficulty. I have looked around and nothing is close to what we have here. Wonderful to work with
October 12, 2021Moving across country is daunting, moving to a place sight unseen and into a place that was being built, even more so. However Lisa and team were exceptional with handling this large move. From day one they have been on top of every question and since moving in the team was quick to resolve issues. We have two dogs and a cat and a little girl and their property feels like home! The neighbors are amazing and team of support even more so! If you are wondering if Marin is the place, it is! And ...this team was super easy to work with! Construction happens! So far they have been accommodating to our schedule when having to repair or replace. Non-stop Construction Noise (5 months out of 10 month lease), Terrible Owner
June 16, 2021We moved into this building in August 2020. In February, they started construction in the unit above us for eight weeks. During the project, paint poured down to our patio, and we had to jump off work calls to make sure our dogs weren’t poisoned. After that project finished, they started remodeling the unit directly across from us, which lasted another 6-8 weeks — bathroom and fireplace renovations (think hammers on brick all day). They've now been renovating the unit diagonally above us since ...May. Same issues with noise from sanding, flooring, water being shut off for the rest of the building. 5 months of construction noise has been terrible. The owner is miserable and unpleasant to deal with as they wouldn't agree to a rent credit while having a terrible victim-blame attitude towards us about the situation. There are plenty of available apartments in Tiburon/Marin that offer water views, better management, and peace of mind. I'd avoid 21 Marinero at all costs.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Poor experience, would never recommend to anyone
March 31, 2021The manager of the property is unbearable to work with. Reasons here: Opportunistic construction went on for a month above us, causing issue after issue. Insane noise levels, concrete dripped onto our balcony and almost poisoned our dogs, the work caused a leak, and management refused to take responsibility and work with us to make it right - there was no rent credit (a very standard practice). If you want a peaceful environment and a rational, fair, kind landlord, keep looking. Management is ...condescending and rude. This is not a good place to live.
