Wonderful apartment

I just moved here in summer 2018 and I LOVE it here! Wonderful view of marina and sunsets from my large living room windows. Solid construction and well-insulated. I never hear my neighbors. Heated underground garage and elevator are major pluses. Nice fitness room, clubhouse, and sundeck with fabulous view of the river. Nice park-like setting on the waterfront.

This is a great place in a growing downtown. Easy move in with the elevator!!! Nice workout area, community room and amazing deck on the 4th floor. Heated parking (do I need to say anything else in Wisconsin). Great management!!! You will not be disappointed.

Living here is beautiful right on the marina. I have everything I need on site. What I don't like about this apartment is the price and on top of that nothing is included in the rent. I feel like even though this is an amazing Aparmemt complex I will be leaving after my lease is up into another apartment because prices are ridiculous. But I'm close to farmers market, gym inside and garage parking it has been nice.
