  • I feel safe and the apartments are nice.

    I've lived here for two years now. I just can't think of a reason I'd move. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs. The apartments are clean, nicely designed, and under normal circumstances pretty quiet. It's close to everything and just feels like home. The pool is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained.

    Honestly, when I first moved in I was extremely tired from the move and I didn't know what to think of the apartment. The next morning after I woke up and I further examined my new home I noticed it's many pluses and I LOVE living here. It's pet friendly (which is great for me because I love animals). The living room is pretty spacious and the walk-in closet could branch off as another room (it's huge!). There's a pretty decent sized pool and a play ground for kids, not to mention cable and ...
    water's included in the rent. It's 10 Minutes from the beach and right down the street are tons of cute little shops like, the chocolate factory and Daytona magic. I haven't had any problems with my appliances or neighbors and the staff is friendly. All in all, I'm pretty pleased. Christine G, Daytona Beach FL
