It would be great if someone could actually fix an issue that we’ve had since moving in Aug 2018. My husband and I have lived here for two years and it’s never been resolved. They just spray paint it, put more drywall on it, or patch a spot with concrete which makes the problem spread. I’ve asked for the owners info and not once was I given it and somehow a work order for my ceiling in the kitchen disappeared after it not being done for OVER A MONTH. how long this will take to get resolved or brushed off. Highly disappointed with maintenance and the lack of trying to solving this issue. Oh and the windows are crap. There’s holes for water to come in your windows and bugs and the cool air from the AC get out. Don’t even get me started with when it was hurricane season! One of the windows cracked and the windows made the most blood curdling sounds that they could have been ripped out from the building. They don’t latch properly and we had to get curtain tension rods to hold them closed. Our neighbors had ceiling and window issues as well. Lastly, the dishwasher has been clogged ever since we moved in too. We rinse all the food off and standstill water just sits at the bottom of it. For the amount of money we pay for this place; it’s absolutely ridiculous.
