December 27, 2024I think the quality of the apartments has taken a hit. They are not well maintained and as a long time resident who has always paid on time my apartment is dated and I can't even get my carpet cleaned or my dingy shower and bathtub resurfaced. The building exterior has been patched up a few times but by cheap contractors who don't do quality work. The back decks against the woods take a beating from the elements and the untreated wood they use and the lack of regular power washing and ...maintenance.
