Spacious, clean apartment and best leasing professional
September 11, 2025We’ve been living here for almost a month now. The apartments are spacious and airy with a great location and a great school nearby. The leasing professional, Kelle, made our move-in process smooth—she’s awesome! So far, maintenance has been great as well. I’ve found the maintenance guys, to be very helpful and reliable. December 27, 2024I think the quality of the apartments has taken a hit. They are not well maintained and as a long time resident who has always paid on time my apartment is dated and I can't even get my carpet cleaned or my dingy shower and bathtub resurfaced. The building exterior has been patched up a few times but by cheap contractors who don't do quality work. The back decks against the woods take a beating from the elements and the untreated wood they use and the lack of regular power washing and ...maintenance.
