Professional process with everything digitalized. Maintenance expert is located on site 24/7, complementing leasing staff once a week in person office hour. Good maintenance of the complex overall, even without security guy.

Me gustaría dar las 5 estrellas,porque el lugar es muy tranquilo para vivir pero no puedo decir lo mismo de las viviendas y con esto me refiero a los residentes que te menos más de 10 años viviendo aquí,les falta mucho mantenimiento a las unidades súper viejísimas…una remodeladita estaría súper bien.

There were a few issues with setting up my lease, I would say the signing and touring needs to be more organized. I would say the annoying part was the beginning, because I feel there was no direction or help the first few days of moving in. There were some spiders around the house. There could be a few things to work on. Overall the residency is nice with the neighbors.

I have received great response time and friendly customer service. I think the complex has improved a lot it looks great. I do wish we didn't have to pay for one extra parking spot I do feel the rent should cover at least one spot outside of driveway
