This apartment complex is so terribly managed. I have been asking for MONTHS to get things fixed and have not had any progress. I cannot believe they treat their tenants the way they do. There is trash everywhere in the common areas, homeless people living in the door areas and it's falling apart.

Mariposa on 3rd is the best apartment I have lived at in K-town so far. The managers are attentive and friendly, and the community is very modern and well-kept by maintenance and the cleaners daily. I love the layout of my unit, the modern in-unit washer/dryer, and the open kitchen floor plan. The residents are friendly.

Mariposa on 3rd is an absolute dream to live at. Unlike other modern apartment buildings, Mariposa on 3rd feels like true luxury with how well-maintained the building is to how friendly and authentic the front-desk is. While the building is significantly quiet (windows are double-paned so you barely hear the outside street noise), the flooring between each unit is very thin that I can hear my upstairs neighbor's every footstep. Definitely not a deal breaker but something to keep in mind. All in ...
all I would 100% recommend living here and happy that I made the decision to move in!

I recently toured Mariposa on 3rd and Janey and her team are just fantastic. They went above and beyond to showed me different units to accommodate all my needs. It made me feel welcome and wanting to be a part of the amazing community they created with great ambiance, awesome amenities, and super friendly staff.
