POOR MANAGEMENT
March 9, 2021Dont ever fall into the trap of Marland Place apartment. I have been told they will be refunding the deposit since I dint get chance to move to the apartment. But they refuse to refund the fee and very poor response from the management. Not even letting me to talk to the property management.Property Manager Responded

Nice Apatment
January 31, 2017Place is good to live, well maintained and a very clean laundry facility. The old staff was great. Only thing I want to let people know that you will not be getting your deposit back in full. I made sure when I left the apartment I cleaned everything. They still charged me for carpet cleaning and other cleaning. When I moved in I had mentioned in the move in sheet that the carpet is not clean. Nobody took care of it and when I moved out they charged my carpet cleaning.Property Manager Responded

"Safe & Secure"
July 31, 2015This complex is close to everything you want and need. Shops, restaurants, gyms, & hospitals. The staff is great and always willing to help. Very quiet, gated community. This is a small apartment complex and is well equipped with all your needs.....dog park, gym access, pool, laundry facilities, courtyard and beautiful landscaping!Property Manager Responded
