Nice apartment, bus accessible, friendly tenants

The building is a close walk to N2,4,6 and 30S/N, 31, 33 busses. It makes it very accessible to the Georgetown, Foggy Bottom, Farragut, and Tenleytown areas. The tenants tend to be friendly and are often walking dogs. Front desk staff always says hello and knows most, if not all, residents by name. The building is kept clean--no problems with creatures. Sometimes noise can travel, but people are respectful of being quite at night and in the morning.

Nice location with very friendly front door staff, and pet friendly. Door staff hours are limited and minimal amenities- gym is hardly one to speak of. Mostly an older crowd, not ideal for students or young professionals
