So happy I chose The Marq
January 21, 2022I have lived @ The Marq for over a year and couldn’t be happier. The staff is so friendly and kind. There have been so many resident appreciation days with food and other events. I love that the apartment is so close to crabtree mall and a greenway that we use so often. Despite being close to so much there is not nearly the noise I kind of expected, it’s pretty quiet. The apartments are Uber modern and very spacious! I’m so glad I chose The Marq @ Crabtree!Property Manager Responded

Excellent Apartment!
October 30, 2017Marq at Crabtree is the best apartment complex I have EVER lived in. The neighbors are friendly, the apartment layouts are fantastic (floor to ceiling windows with laminate throughout) and the location is perfect. Your close enough to everything but your far enough way to not feel like your in everything! I can't speak highly enough about the office team and maintenance crew, everyone is always helpful and nice and every maintenance request is completed within 24 hours. September 24, 2015The apartment complex is nearly new (less than 2 years), the apartments are beautiful, and the staff are friendly and extremely helpful! The amenities are AWESOME, from the salt water pool to the excellent fitness center; I recently relocated from Anchorage, Alaska, and the shopping, restaurants and other services are all nearby - and of course, the weather is great!Review from Apartments.com
