January 21, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived @ The Marq for over a year and couldn’t be happier. The staff is so friendly and kind. There have been so many resident appreciation days with food and other events. I love that the apartment is so close to crabtree mall and a greenway that we use so often. Despite being close to so much there is not nearly the noise I kind of expected, it’s pretty quiet. The apartments are Uber modern and very spacious! We are not planning to relocate from Orlando for a few months. However, I wanted to compliment Lauren the leasing specialist on a terrific tour. She covered all the important points, and was super friendly and professional. We are a family of five and she was wonderful and accommodating. The neighbors are friendly, the apartment layouts are fantastic (floor to ceiling windows with laminate throughout) and the location is perfect. Your close enough to everything but your far enough way to not feel like your in everything! I can't speak highly enough about the office team and maintenance crew, everyone is always helpful and nice and every maintenance request is completed within 24 hours. The amenities are AWESOME, from the salt water pool to the excellent fitness center; I recently relocated from Anchorage, Alaska, and the shopping, restaurants and other services are all nearby - and of course, the weather is great!
