not good apartment

No ventilation in the rooms, air only blows above stairs. Thought I was getting a renovated one but didn’t. Floors were dirty full of paint. Pictures do not do justice to this place. Just recently moved and now stuck. Management doesn’t answer phones at all, waited 2 whole days for someone to call back.

You’ve been warned!

This place is awful. You can smell sewage at times in your home. The water almost every other week or every other day don’t work then returns excessive brown. Mice; Roaches and a fee for everything. I should have known anytime you pay an almost 300 admin and application fee that’s non refundable. They put on a good show, but once you’re inside you’re doomed!

stinky and leaky

Let me tell you these are two words you don’t want to describe your home. But I could not be more honest in my review that this place was downright stinky and leaky. The management changed faster the seasons. The rent went up more then the market value. Not only that they were advertising a pool… THERES NO POOL. The laundry room smells like a cesspool of disease. Would not recommend!

Terrible experience

Rent was increased by 45% with less then 30 days notice. Management was difficult to contact and unprofessional. Unit often had issues.

I am really enjoying the new upgraded units and new paint and landscaping around the building. Building is well taken care of, maintenance calls are responded to quickly and management is easy to deal with! I would recommend to all of my friends. Great location right next to UNM!
