Do not move here

Disgusting Place
October 8, 2023Don’t move here unless you want to deal with bugs. Bugs everywhere in and out of your apartment. Since moving in I’ve had nothing but problems from my A/C not working to wasp flying out of my vents. I contacted the office numerous times and they are incompetent so now im just going to break my lease and get out of here because Im not going to pay to deal with an infestation.Review from Apartments.com
clean safe friendly residents great maintenance and nice office staff
July 25, 2023I have been here only a few months and the front office is excellent the Manager and Assit. Managers have been very nice they work with u on ALL issues nice and take there time helping u out. The two girls in the Front office Vanessa and Ana are very polite takes there time answering all questions take your time on touring the apartments , I was working with Vanessa very professional and always smiles which make it easier to ask questions there lucky to have her here . Now the Maintenance ...people here are OUTSTANDING I have never had maintenance fix things SO FAST the first time they are very quick and also very nice workers ( hard to find these days )Eric was very polite and fixed things right a way . The grounds here are VERY clean you can actually walk and see NO dog POOP anywhere They have 2 pools the front pool very nice and clean very shady from the sun the restrooms need fixing tho. The back pool is very small and heats up fast from the sun so a little to warm to enjoy but is refreshing for a short time in the water. Over all a great place and people living here seem very nice also has a nice location lots of restaurants around to go too nice neighborhood. Highly recommended.Property Manager Responded

TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE
April 5, 2021Where do I begin? I moved here at the end of November 2020 and it was the worst decision I made. In twenty years of me residing in Houston, I have never gone through so many problems with an apartment complex as this and I have only been here for three months. Upon moving here, the appliances did not work, I had no hot water for a week, and there was a roach infestation in my home. I now have to deal with loud neighbors upstairs that stomp night and day hard enough to the point my wall art ...shakes. Three weeks ago, my car was vandalized. Crooks tried to steal my Cadillac convertor. The apartment complex didn't even know the back gate had been broken into. The property manager never contacted me and it was just pushed under the rug. There are stray dogs and cats that run around the complex and the entrance halls are always dirty from people leaving their trash at the front door. And if you are not home by 8:00 p.m. you won't have anywhere to park and your car will be towed for parking in the only spots available. Please do not move here! If you are hardworking as majority of our community is you will not enjoy residing here. Yea they may reel you in the stainless steal appliances that barely work and paint jobs on old apartments but its just not worth it. Take your hard earned money somewhere else where you can actually enjoy where you lay your head!!! It's so many other great apartments in the area for better pricing, safety and amenities. I am happy living here
May 18, 2020I’ve lived here almost 3-1/2 years and have been pleased living here. Management changed last fall and there is a huge improvement in customer service with the new staff. I love that I have always had a quick response to maintenance requests. Also I have had good neighbors in both units where I have lived- no issues. The only thing I will say is that parking is kind of a nightmare if you don’t have a garage or an assigned carport spot, which I do now so that problem is solved.
