Dont move here. We had our car broken into twice in 2 months. No security. No cameras. Elevator is always breaking every month and my wife was stuck for an hour in the elevator.

Current Resident - Issues with Maintenance and Noise.

The Apartment complex is located in a favorable place with all essential amenities including swimming pool, gym, hot tub, library and a club house. However the buildings fail to provide and sound proofing whatsoever. Noise from the floor above and below are clearly heard in my apartment on the 2nd floor and it includes every step that people take in their respective houses. Slamming doors and squeaking furniture noises are very disturbing. Marquis staff is very approachable and provide all ...
required assistance. The amenities are well maintained at all times. Although out of three, one elevator which is closest to my apartment has not been functional for about 2 weeks now. Overall this property can improvise their service and provide a more peaceful environment for all their tenants.
