July 3, 2021We toured the complex and applied immediately. I have not received this level of customer service all day with other properties in this area. Sydney is so good at what she does and is the reason we decided to lease. The property is beautiful, there are wooded views and a walking trail, a little lake too! Even a carwash. Good deal overall
September 8, 2018I lived here for two years and never had any problems. The maintenance was taken care of within a day of a request going in and the workers were very nice and courteous. Parking can be a bit of an issue if you live near the front of the complex but the back half always had spots available. The complex is very dog friendly. The bark park they have is nice. Nothing too fancy just a fenced in area with benches to sit on, but it was always clean and taken care of. There are pet waste stations ...everywhere which was a real plus. The only real issue I ever had was when I moved out I had to pay to replace the carpet in my unit from pet damage. The $500 pet fee you pay doesn't go towards any pet damage when you leave so be aware. The damage seemed really minimal. It probably could have been taken care with a good deep clean from one of those steamer carpet cleaners so if you have a dog maybe rent one and do it yourself before move out. Great Place To Live
September 25, 2015I have lived at the Marquis at Silver Oaks for five years and have enjoyed my time here. The office staff is always helpful and the maintenance team is professional and quick to respond. The community is well designed and there is more green space than most other complexes. Perfect location and endless amenities!
September 23, 2015I've lived in a new apartment every year since 2011 and have even worked at one, and this is by far my favorite. The staff are friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to provide events that appeal to every member of the community. Free breakfasts every Saturday and a different community event every Monday in the clubhouse. It's a great way to meet your neighbors (and save money on groceries). Here's a few of my favorite things about the apartment: valet trash, free carwash on site, dog ...park, tennis court, 2 resort style pools, jogging trails that lead to Grapevine Mills Mall, and (again) the free food and events. Family like apartments
August 9, 2015My apartment complex makes you feel right at home. For one all the apartments are like living in your own home. If you live downstairs you don't hear the families walking or jumping above you. Two pools for the convenience of not being over crowded, a tennis court, and a basketball court. 24/7 maintenance two of which live on site. Walking trail to the mall in only 10 minutes. Every month full of events and activities for families on the property. They email you about anything going on so you ...never have to worry about anything. Marquis at Silver Oak
July 31, 2015Marquis at Silver Oak is a great place to live, but I have had a few problems with the location. Right now they are doing tons of construction around the area, so access into the apartment can take a while due to traffic. This location is also along a creek and recently due to rain people had to evacuate from their apartments for several days for possible flooding. As far as the community, it's great! Very family and pet friendly! Lots of amenities and things to do as well. Marquis has two ...pools, tennis court, basketball court, dog park, gym, and a great walking trail. People are always out and about, which makes it a friendly place. The staff is wonderful and very organized. They always have community activities like breakfast every Saturday, pool parties, and happy hours. Not only that, but the maintenance crew is very quick to get whatever you need done and very friendly. All in all I give this place 4 stars.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Very impressive
July 21, 2015I moved into this apartment after the flooding and the construction is still going on. But even with all that.. i wouldnt pick a better place to love. The staff is very friendly and the they go oit their way to say good morning when i walkdownthe stairs to my car. The noise level isnt loud and the pool is great.
