Worth the money in Frisco
June 2, 2019The office and maintenance staff have exceeded all of my expectations. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments and the staff here is by far the friendliest and most helpful I’ve experienced. Impressively there is an extremely low turnover rate in office staff, which speaks volumes in Frisco. It is an older complex but it has been kept up very well and the recent updates were done very tastefully with a significant level of focus on quality. Also, being backed up to a golf course and in a more ...residential area makes it a very peaceful place to live. The Marquis at Stonebriar
February 28, 2019Frisco is expensive. There is no way around that. These apartments are worth the price tag though. The office staff is very attentive, the maintenance staff is quick and things get fixed that day or the next, and the complex is beautiful and always clean. I like that we don't have valet trash because that means there aren't piles of trash near my door and I don't worry about bugs. The location is convenient too. I moved from a few hours away and it's nice being near everything I could need.Review from Apartments.com

September 23, 2015When I started looking for an apartment my goals were to be in a newer built complex. I also wanted to have a garage with not being in a two story, plenty of storage and newer appliances, wood floors, spacious kitchen and laundry area. The bathroom needed to have plenty of storage and enough counter space. Well they met all of the requirements except the two story. I am above my own garage which isn't that bad. Marquis at Stonebriar
August 18, 2015Beautiful complex, well landscape, nice pool area with gas grilles. Apartments are very large and roomy. As residents move out apartments are upgraded with new appliances and countertops as well as new flooring. Some apartments have a golf course view which is beautiful. One problem has come up, management is ineffective dealing with a few selfish residents. It seems as though they have a complete disregard for other residents that live near them. They have started feeding local wildlife such as ...ducks, squirrels, geese, birds and the like. This has created a barnyard atmosphere, constant noise and feathers on outdoor furniture, feces on patio and common areas shared by others and rats come around because of over feeding. When asked to stop this these residents responded by saying there is nothing in their lease to prevent them from doing this even though it effects others who also want to enjoy the beauty of these common areas. Spacious & Quiet
July 30, 2015I love the open concept of our one bedroom. There is more counter space than any other one bedroom I've been in. There is also great storage space for a one bedroom, especially on the patio storage. Maintenance are very friendly and quick to help. Even if you face a parking lot, it is a quiet place to live. The pool area is really nice and rarely full. There is a lot of diversity here in both age, ethnicity, and family size. Great place to live!Review from Apartments.com
