Review on Marquise at Waterview
September 30, 2025We lived there for five years, and the costs were terrible. They had pest control pick up garbage five days a week and charged us about $30. If you had any problem, maintenance would take more than a week to fix it. The charges for houses built 40 years ago were extremely high, and they didn’t address residents’ inquiries about discrepancies in the charges. The only thing they relied on was their own documents.Property Manager Responded

Love it
September 4, 2025I've really enjoyed my time living in this apartment. The unit itself is modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light and a great layout. The building is quiet and secure, and the neighbors are respectful and friendly. One of the biggest highlights has been the management team—they're professional, responsive, and quick to address any maintenance issues. The location is also super convenient, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it's been a great ...place to call home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable living space.Property Manager Responded
