      We loved our time here at the Marquis of State Thomas. For starters, the State Thomas neighborhood is perfect for anyone - families, couples, singles, pet owners, etc. It is so lively yet quiet and is great to get out and about at. Once we knew we wanted to be in State Thomas, The Marquis was the best tour we had. They were honest and so helpful and have been throughout the whole process and during our stay here. Friendly staff and nice people in the buildings. The units are great and the ...

    • Quite Neighborhood, Nice People

      I spend two weeks a month with my sister here and we love it. The neighborhood is real nice and quiet. We've got plenty of places to walk our dog Danny up and down the street. The grounds are kept real clean and neat.

    • Clean, quiet and friendly

      I thought, let me just look at my options before renewing. Woah! I've lived here for a few years and knew it was a nice place, but I guess I didn't realize how good I had it compared to other places around here. The staff is always super friendly and greets everyone who walks in the door with a smile. George and Max work hard getting maintenance stuff taken care of. But probably best of all is the housekeeper. I don't know her name but she is always cleaning away in the shared spaces. She's a ...
      keeper, for sure! After shopping around and touring some other places in the area, the customer service and the vibe just doesn't compare. If you want an all-around good place to live in uptown, this is your spot.

    • Great appartment and staff

      We finalized this apartment without having a chance to look at it, and were pleasantly surprised. Apartment was as promised, and the staff is wonderful. There are always activities on weekends and the property has great amenities. Also, the area is great with so many restaurants near by (now with Whole Foods as well). Although you can get some noise from Hotel Zaza on weekends, it is not that bad. Overall a great place to live, and would highly recommend to anyone.

      Apartment complex near the heart of downtown but located walking distance away from the hottest area of Dallas-McKinney Ave. Located only blocks away from the free trolley servicing both Uptown and Downtown in a quite neighborhood away from traffic.
