1) Rude management. Not only do they not treat you as a resident, the landlord doesn’t even treat you like a human being.
2) broken and dirty amenities. Look at the treadmills - notice that they don’t turn on. Look at the bikes - notice that they are sticky to the touch. Go in the bathroom in the gym - I promise you it smells terrible.
3) roaches. Don’t live here unless you are a big fan of roaches
4) over priced - this just isn’t a good apartment. The prices are insane for what is being ...
