Worst apartment ever
March 19, 20241) Rude management. Not only do they not treat you as a resident, the landlord doesn’t even treat you like a human being. 2) broken and dirty amenities. Look at the treadmills - notice that they don’t turn on. Look at the bikes - notice that they are sticky to the touch. Go in the bathroom in the gym - I promise you it smells terrible. 3) roaches. Don’t live here unless you are a big fan of roaches 4) over priced - this just isn’t a good apartment. The prices are insane for what is being ...offered.Property Manager Responded

Cheap. Not safe multiple cars stolen. Don’t rent here.
February 10, 2024They charge you for maintenance issues not caused by you. Multiple cars have been stolen from the parking lot. Cheap. They don’t care about the residents. They advertise valet trash but they rarely pick up the trash. Roaches and rats in the exterior hallways.Property Manager Responded

Nice apartment
June 25, 2022We just moved from here after living there for 5 months while we looked for a new house. It was a very nice apartment. The finishes: granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, good cabinet storage. The washer and dryer were better than the ones we had at our old house. The shower heads- OMG, so good we bought something similar for our new house. Although our two bedroom was about 1100 square feet, it lived much larger than that. High ceilings and good windows. The location cannot be ...beat. Grocery across the street, beautiful neighborhood adjacent, close to downtown. Where we were in the development was very quiet to be so convenient to everything. Always felt safe there. Apartment had a built in security system, but we never felt the need to use it. We have 2 dogs. Lots of doggies around made for good dog watching. The daily trash pickup was a handy feature. So was the office delivery of packages with a text and email notification. Our property representative (Patricia) was helpful and kind. Always very responsive anytime we had questions. Overall, highly recommend.Property Manager Responded
