Great place and staff

I have lived here TWICE now. I had to move away for a year for a family issue and came running back as soon as the coast was clear. I started with 1A and had a wonderful private yard; when I came back, I went to a 1E on a second floor. I have always loved the property; it has always been tranquil; neighbors have been very neighborly; maintenance and the maintenance supervisor, Oscar, PROMPT, efficient and super friendly. As a single female, I have always felt safe and love the fact that there is a security guard in the evenings into the night, and they can get pretty tough on people without proper id or who refuse to give an id.
Eventhough I moved again last year to a house to be closer to family and to be somewhere without stairs because of a knee issue, I am SOOOO ready to come back because in all the 26 yrs of renting, this has been my fave place to call home.
