Great place and staff
March 12, 2025I have lived here TWICE now. I had to move away for a year for a family issue and came running back as soon as the coast was clear. I started with 1A and had a wonderful private yard; when I came back, I went to a 1E on a second floor. I have always loved the property; it has always been tranquil; neighbors have been very neighborly; maintenance and the maintenance supervisor, Oscar, PROMPT, efficient and super friendly. I absolutely have loved the property manager, Gray, and the staff - both ...past and present. As a single female, I have always felt safe and love the fact that there is a security guard in the evenings into the night, and they can get pretty tough on people without proper id or who refuse to give an id. Eventhough I moved again last year to a house to be closer to family and to be somewhere without stairs because of a knee issue, I am SOOOO ready to come back because in all the 26 yrs of renting, this has been my fave place to call home.Property Manager Responded

Great so far
August 21, 2024I am staying in a 1C on a first floor. Its extremely quiet at these apartments. I'm surprised how tranquil it is here. Theres always people outside, even at night just taking walks with their dogs. I havent had any issues with packages or theft. Its been very safe here and they do have a daily gate guard and so far no issues with AC or gate working. its been a great stay so far. only downside is that parking spaces are tight, you will probably get your door dinged because they are so small. youre ...better off parking in the garage but youll have to walk a bit if youre apartment isnt attachedProperty Manager Responded

We love it here!
May 29, 2021The Marquis has beautiful apartments, and a wonderful pool. Maintenance is quick to fix things and they have a 48 hr guarantee for them to check your issue. The management office has always been plenty nice, and they always like to host different events and food trucks for the residents. There's almost always people running or walking a dog, so it has a good feel. The only negative is the parking. Make sure to check email constantly
August 5, 2020Alexis is great. However, I’m moving out next week and had to provide another proof of insurance. I replied With proof but it was a no reply email on a Friday (due date) I then Sent out to a different email on Monday. They are charging me 75 for a late fee. They seem to be scratching to tack on any and every way possible. If management acts like this I would Stay away. During these times, I’ve paid every fee all rent days before for years and this is my goodbye. It’s disgraceful. Stay away.Review from Apartments.com

August 2, 2015Staff is really helpful. Maintenance is quick to fix anything broken. The pool is amazing and beautiful. Neighbors are so nice. I love the fact that there is a guard at the front gate from 6 pm to 6 am. I also love that there is coversed parking spots available outside the garage. The study is large enough to use as a second bedroom, office, second living space, etc. Has two dining areas; one breakfast nook and a full dining room.
