January 3, 2020Honestly it’s unfair to the younger people trying to find their first decent place to stay without paying high rent, They obviously can’t get anyone into the 1 bedroom apartments but have restrictions on them, why let go of someone who you know is going to pay the rent on time every time it’s due, it’s doesn’t make sense and it sucksReview from Apartments.com

July 23, 2015Marsh Place Apts are beautiful units in a secure building downtown Waterloo. You get all the amenities of living downtown at half the price! Awesome restaurants around and there's always something going on either at Lincoln Park a few blocks away or the Amphitheatre right over the bridge.Review from Apartments.com
