Dirty disgusting
February 12, 2026Bags and bags of trash, dirty disgusting. Grounds are not maintained. Pallets, trash and around dumpsters. Slum lord refuses to clean the place .no enforcement of speeding cars, and plowing is only 40% done. There were 65 and 70 year old residents having to dig themselves out? Unsecured mailboxes, mail exposed for all to access, have been saying they'll be replaced, No never done. Every excuse known to man.DON'T MOVE HEREProperty Manager Responded

January 1, 2025I have lived here for two years. Rent keeps going up but basic maintenance is not done to the apartments. I can’t run my dishwasher and watch television in my living room at the same time or a breaker trips. My neighbors shower leaks through my ceiling. My floor is falling apart. My windows are painted shut. I gave ample notice of my intention to move and was STILL charged the full months rent even though it should have been prorated. Don’t waste your time
March 13, 2023No matter how many times you call, you won’t get in touch with the person you need to for the property. I’ve been calling for months now. It’s unprofessional and pathetic at this point. I left multiple voicemails and got no callback. If you call the number you get someone for the New Haven properties. She will give you the Branford number but that lady never answers. You’ll be told that she’s out of the office for a week. I’ve been told that same excuse every month. Makes you wonder that if you ...were an actual tenant and you need to get a hold of someone for an important reason, would it be the same issue. Nice Apartment Complex, Horrible Central Air Setup
July 22, 2022My one gripe with this Apartment complex is the failure of said company to consider the importance of making sure the attic doesn’t get seriously overheated, properly ventilating or insulating it or the likes would help. I have had several hot summer days where not only has the system run constantly instead of intermittently, when set to automatic with a temperature within the range of the unit’s capabilities, but the unit actually got hotter in spite of the air conditioner running constantly. I ...have attempted to contact the property manager about it to no avail, as maintenance has confirmed that the HVAC unit is functioning as intended and the thermostat is function as intended as well. I have even seen instances of people using window acs on the second floor of some of the other building with central air which would indicate that this is not an isolated occurrence. I would strongly advise against going for any second floor unit with central air with the air ducts above the unit as it will be very unfriendly to your wallet when you get the electricity bill at the end of the month.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Newly moved out
January 9, 2022We lived here for 3 years. The grounds are nicely kept but snow removal is awful. The apartment is decent sized, we had a 2 bedroom but trying to get a maintenance issue resolved takes literally weeks if not longer. The basement / laundry room is musty, had water leaks and flooding that nothing was done about. The inside of the buildings are dirty. At this point, even though the apartments are being renovated, way overpriced.Review from Apartments.com

April 2, 2021I called the number on the website to find out it's not the number for marshfield apartments. They have had for lease signs up for over a year with the same units listed on the website. I sent 2 emails and 3 phone calls and left messages.i was then told the district manager has the right to refuse my phone call.very disappointed in their lack of professionalism. I was told to move on and look at different apartments. Marshfield Apartments, Great Family Place!
August 12, 2015We have lived in the Marshfield apartments for over five years. I have noticed that most of the people that live here, stay here. It's a community and people are happy here. My little one is almost two and has friends here. The rent is pretty cheap and the rooms are big! It's a wonderful neighborhood and fifteen minutes from the beach and close to shopping areas but far enough from the highways that it's quiet. This is a great place for young families just starting out like us. It's a safe ...neighborhood and since we have all been here for so long, we all know each other and look out for each other! Marshfield Apartments- North Branford, CT
August 20, 2015Great place to raise your kids. The complex is warm and the people are wonderful. We have been there for almost five years and it is like a family. Everyone watches out for one another. There are children playing and people walking for exercise...it's just a really friendly and inviting community. I also love that it's very close to the beach and lots of shopping centers. It's just a few minutes from the highway but far enough from it that it's a quiet place!
