Martin manor is by far the worst place I have stayed. Hey are infested with roaches, bed bugs, rats, raccoons and opposums in the dumpsters every week the water off, and no where to park. This is a bad place to move period

The management will have your unit searched for drugs under the guise of complaints and warrants from mystery other tenants. The maintenance man will not knock on your door when entering for whatever reason and will come into the unit without permission at any time. Management uses their on site security officers to intimidate, harrass, make unlaw entry into the units without any legal merits and threaten to prevent tenants from complaining about making maintenance repairs or environmental ...
