I did a walk thru a couple of weeks earlier, had some concerns about the house. They were all fixed! Never did anyone tell me I was being obsessive. Only two downfalls for being a resident here, One the amenity is a pool, which is a bummer but clubhouse is projected to open in the summer of 25 and the other is that this area is still getting developed so there’s not much around but it’s growing.
