Stay Clear
May 16, 2017At first this place will seem like a good deal, nice location and reasonably cheap rent compared to the area but beware. Reasons to avoid: 1. Management is off-site and non existent until your lease is up 2. They will make you place an ad, show your apartment to strangers and fill your apartment before your lease expires. I've honestly never heard of another rental agency that does this, seems illegal. 3. Cabinetry is very cheap material used 4. They are building right next door and you will ...hear the construction all day and all night 5. You will have a parking pass for yourself but guests can only park in the 2 I repeat 2 available guest spots for 2 hours otherwise they will be towed. Management will send out threatening emails regarding parking. The deposit isn't much but don't expect to get it back in any circumstance.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Awful
September 19, 2016The management is rude and you can't get them on the phone ever. They use another company for maintenance but maintenance issues are not addressed in a timely manner & the building is not kept clean. People drip their trash all over the hallway & elevator and it stinks and it ends up all over the parking lot too. The pet policy on here is wrong & they do allow pets.Review from Apartments.com
