Management has a legal obligation to maintain common areas in a safe condition. The management team has been made aware of several concerns and issues that I have bought forth yet and still I’m witnessing everyday failure to act on a known hazard and it constitutes a serious lapse in safety protocol I have email communication pictures. I mean, I feel completely unprotected unsafe here.

Some of the issues I’ve experienced include: • A leaking kitchen sink that required maintenance to cut a hole in the floor, which has never been sealed back up. • Mold growing in my closet wall and ceiling. • Multiple repairs needed. The worst part is the management’s lack of response. I’ve emailed multiple times with no reply. Mold is a serious health hazard, and ignoring ...tenants’ concerns is unacceptable.
