Beautiful clean community! Great area close to a lot of good places for shopping or food. I haven’t had any maintenance issues in the almost two years of living here. I would recommend moving to the Mason! It’s also Flex approved which is great!

Mason has a lot of potential as a community. The townhouse layout and amenities are appealing, but the living experience would be greatly enhanced with more reliable valet trash service, proactive pest control, and the ability to reach a live team member when calling the office. Improvements in these areas would make Mason a place residents are truly proud to call home.

The sheer incompetence of the current management team is laughable. It’s really alarming hazardous really.
Management has a legal obligation to maintain common areas in a safe condition. The management team has been made aware of several concerns and issues that I have bought forth yet and still I’m witnessing everyday failure to act on a known hazard and it constitutes a serious lapse in safety protocol I have email communication pictures. I mean, I feel completely unprotected unsafe here.

I moved into this building in August 2024, shortly after it opened, and I’ve had ongoing problems since day one. Some of the issues I’ve experienced include:
• A leaking kitchen sink that required maintenance to cut a hole in the floor, which has never been sealed back up.
• Mold growing in my closet wall and ceiling.
• Multiple repairs needed.
The worst part is the management’s lack of response. I’ve emailed multiple times with no reply. Mold is a serious health hazard, and ignoring ...
tenants’ concerns is unacceptable. For the price we pay, no one should have to live like this.
