Poor management
January 9, 2023Management couldn't be worse. I have been living here for almost a year now. And it is impossible to reach the management. One of the neighbors has been unbelievably laud( for a few months). It is like digging a hole in my roof and brain every minute of the day and night. No one in management is taking an afford to respond to my emails or calls. I am shocked at how they can ignore their tenant so easily!!! Great community
September 23, 2015We moved here some weeks ago and we love it. It's a great community and the managers really give much effort should you have a problem. Some minor issues took them a while and the emergency hotline contact was a bit rude and couldn't solve our problem, but the overall experience is quite good. The apartment itself is perfect for our needs and recently remodeled, it has a modern look and we love it. Nice bright apartments
July 21, 2015This is a safe neighborhood and near many things: Hancock Park, LACMA, Wilshire Museum Mile, and a Farmers Market every Wednesday on Wilshire. They even have a little doggie park on the property with a bowl of refreshing water for a hot day and lots of doggie poo bags after your dog has done her toilet.Review from Apartments.com
