December 27, 20255 years I’ve called Maxwell home! Beautiful interiors, big dog park, and the best part is the pool is the biggest of any apartment complex in phoenix! December 2, 2025Living at The Maxwell for the last four years has been wonderful! It’s safe, clean, and like living at a resort and the staff is absolutely fantastic! They offer lots of social events on top of having a wonderful dog park, dog spa, a resort pool with cabanas, outdoor fireplaces, resident spaces to meet clients in and wonderful gym! October 6, 2025The gym gets crowded with the trainers bringing in nonresidents. And there always a coffee cup container from bikini bottom on the stairs of building 8 at least once a week. Other than that it’s a good place to live.Property Manager Responded
