Bathrooms look like they're from the 70s, kitchens are SMALL, and there is a huge spider problem!! The "Manager" Kevin has NO SENSE OF PRIVACY OR RESPECT!! He fought with tenants causing a scene in the courtyard weekly! HE WILL WALK KNTO YOUR APARTMENT WHENEVER HE WANTS! I worked 3rd and was sleeping in my room and woke up to Kevin in my apartment!! Do not rent here!!! I promise you will regret it!! The list of problems goes on!

It was very clean, well kept and had nothing in disrepair that I could see. The property outside has a well kept lawn and the bushes trimmed nicely. I am on the list for a 2 bedroom when one becomes available and I can't wait.

I was greeted as if I was unexpected. The manager's apartment was shown as an example. No thank you. It was in disrepair to say the least. I'm sure this complex was very nice at one time, maybe in the last century.
No hot water in apartments!
June 28, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comThe Apartments for building 5890, has had no hot water for seven days so far. That is SEVEN FULL DAY! And its 10 pm at night so I believe there will be no hot water on day 8. 06/28/16. So my suggestion to future renters be very careful about your choice of this place!
