You get what you pay for
July 14, 2024I will use the sandwich method for constructive criticism. It’s in my nature to be kind. When I was in need they helped me. This would be the last time I saw that side of them. The property is owned by an individual who is looking to sell it due to its state of disrepair (broken pool, aging structures and above all, water drainage issues). It seems that because they have something they don’t really want anymore, the complex is the red headed step child of their family. Garbage is looked over, ...repairs are fixed with duct tape and bubble gum to satiate the unaware tenants until they leave. The flooded/blacktop parking lot is a menace due to the damage it creates to your apartment flooring once you wade through after a rain shower or bring in a fair share of tar on your footwear in the hot summer heat. Understand that the state of the lot will have no bearing on them charging you for any cleaning or repair.
