Maybe this is just a bad tenant situation. Regardless, it disgusting. Someone is letting their dog (or it could be the human) pee and poo everywhere and it’s uncomfortable leaving your apartment. Haven’t done laundry downstairs in a month because someone destroyed it and still hasn’t been cleaned up. Just don’t do it. Trust me.

Want your security deposit back? DO NOT rent hereThey kept my $800 security deposit on a technicality? The technicality? That I didn’t give 20 day’s notice! I am fighting it because there was no lease I paid a month ahead of time and left because the building has been sold and there is no in building manager. no maintenance, no security!!
