The Mill at Dover Foxcroft, Maine is a 60,000 square foot historic mill complex on the Piscataquis River that was renovated into a mixed-use building with residences, office space, cafe, and boutique inn. The apartments appear nice at first glance, but there is black mold against the walls that will not go away, the cieling, windows, and walls are constantly leaking when it rains or snows, the heat stops working frequently, there is no insulation in the walls or windows, and it is very cold, the internet works 10% of the time if we are being generous, the parking lot is extremely icy, not sanded, and horribly maintained, and that is just the tip of the iceburg. It is also extremely loud at all ...
